Louvre Units

Component Structures manufactures Louvre Units to any length and width in various surround types. Surround types include doorframe profile surrounds of any wall thickness eg 230wall, angle iron frame eg50x50x5mm angle iron or Flange eg 50x50x1.6mm.

Louvre are made of 1.6 to 3mm mild steel, red oxide primed or 1.6mm to 3mm pre-galvanised steel. An option of hot dip galvanizing is available.

Louvre blades are bent in either LA, LC or LD profiles - see attachment, LC being the most common type.

There is a choice of vermin proofing of 48x12 expanded galvanized plate at the back of any louvre to keep rodents, birds and large insects out.
